Asha for Education Boston chapter proudly presents Utsav: of Rhythm, and of Hope.

Join us for an enchanting evening of rhythm, grace, and joy as the young performers take the stage.
Through the vibrant art of dance, these talented kids will share their passion and energy to support a brighter future for children everywhere.

We are truly delighted to celebrate the richness of our artistic traditions with performances by these distinguished schools and
teachers, each bringing their own unique grace and expression to the stage:

Chitra Sridhar’s Nirvana Academy for Indian Arts – presenting the timeless beauty of Carnatic violin and vocal music, along with the classical elegance of Bharatanatyam

Jasmine Shah’s Aangikam Dance Academy – showcasing the vibrance and joy of Folk Dance

Moumita Banerjee’s Tarana School of Kathak – sharing the rhythmic grace and storytelling tradition of Kathak

Arpita Das Pathak’s GuruKool Enrichment Center – celebrating the colorful spectrum of Indian dance traditions, from the grace of classical forms to the joyous rhythms of folk expression.

Mouli Pal and the Upasana Ensemble – bringing the spiritual and lyrical tradition of Odissi to life

Together, these performances weave a living tapestry of music, rhythm, and dance that we are honored to experience.

Tickets are priced at $15/ person
Early bird pricing is only available until Oct 15.
Seating is first come first served.

All net proceeds benefit Asha for Education Boston Chapter and will be used for our projects.

About Asha for Education

Asha for Education is a fully volunteer-run 501(c)(3) non-profit with 40+ chapters around the world. It is dedicated to bringing about change in India by focusing on basic education, based on the belief that education is a critical requisite for socio-economic transformation.

In 2024, Asha raised over $4 million to fund 140+ educational projects, benefiting more than 216,000 children.

Funds from this event will help educate children from marginalized communities, particularly tribal groups such as the Musahar, Kol, and Bhil in
Mirzapur, near Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
